Fee StructureAll of our fees are based on the following scale:
Turnkey Grants This start-to-finish process usually costs between $2,500
and $7,500. It is based on the time to actually locate the
proper grant for the situation and complete the proposal.
The length and complexity of the proposal is the characteristic
most closely tied to the cost of this service. Click

on the amount and quality of work you put into the proposal,
but generally the cost ranges from $1,000 to $3,000. This
fee is based exclusively on the number of hours it takes to

here for more... Grant SearchThe School Funding Center does extensive grant searches for
those schools who desire this service. Once a comprehensive
search has been done, we provide the school with the 3-5 best
funding sources that match the school's particular needs.
Based on hourly fees, grant searches typically cost approximately
$500. 3rd Party Evaluation The School Funding Center offers trained professionals who
serve as 3rd party evaluators, often visiting the school multiple
times during the life of the grant to insure compliance with
all grant stipulations. Depending on the number of visits
and other services that are contracted, this fee for 3rd party
evaluation ranges from 3% to 5% of the total grant award. Retainer Agreements Typical retainer agreements call for fees of $1,500 to $2,500
per month. Hours are billed at a discount from our regular
rates with a 3-month minimum. Hours not used in one month

Additional ChargesWhen a school and grant writer agree it is necessary for an on-site visit, the school will be billed an hourly rate up to $1,000 per day plus all travel expenses incurred such as airfare, hotel, meals, etc. All other costs such as copying, faxing, telephone calls, etc. are included in the above fee structure. |
