The School Funding Center writes grants on contingency. To access this service, you need to subscribe to The School Funding Center Grant Database for at least 12 months. You then use our database to find grants that match the problems your school or organization faces.

When you find grants that you think match your needs, you get back in touch with The School Funding Center. We review the grant you have chosen and your situation. We only write the grant for you if we believe you have better than a 50-50 chance of actually getting the grant money. If we do think you have a good chance of getting grant money, we get back in touch with you to begin the grant-writing process.

Essentially, what that means is you pay The School Funding Center a $500.00 nonrefundable fee to prepare the grant application you wish to submit. If you are not awarded the grant money, you owe us nothing else. If you do get the grant money, you pay us an additional contingency fee based on the amount of grant money you receive. The following chart details our fees.

Please understand that neither the $500 up-front fee nor the contingency fee that we charge once you get the grant money can be paid from actual grant funds. It must come from another budget area.
